Description
Château Malescasse, located in the Gironde region of France, was founded in the 19th century by the Renouil family, dedicating the estate to viticulture. Surrounded by 40 hectares of vineyards, this neo-classical château captivates with its timeless elegance and refined interiors, offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and historical charm.
Life at the château is a true delight, with leisurely walks through the 6,000 m² landscaped park, cozy dinners by the fireplace accompanied by the estate’s wines, and refreshing swims in the outdoor pool.
Composition
Château Malescasse is an estate consisting of the main château, wine cellar spaces, a shop, and an area dedicated to offices. The main château spans three levels:
Ground floor:
The entrance is through a grand, majestic hall leading to the reception. The fully equipped kitchen is attached to a dining room with a table for six people and a fireplace. A guest toilet is also available. From the entrance hall, you access the main living room, which is double-exposed, featuring a large sofa, a coffee table, and a striking fireplace. This living room leads to the Petit Verdot suite, passing through a smoking room, an individual crossing lounge, and a long corridor leading to two separate bedrooms, each with its own shower room and shared toilet. Both bedrooms have large French windows opening onto the vineyards.
First floor:
Two suites facing each other, decorated in an antique style, each with a large double bed, a shower room, and toilets. They are accessible by stairs or by elevator.
Second and top floor:
A large games/reception room under the roof, a bright space with dual exposure offering a beautiful view of the vineyards. This space includes a table for eight people, modern and comfortable sofas, as well as board games, perfect for meetings or social moments.
Outside, the estate spans 40 hectares of vineyards, with a beautiful pool. An impressive shop offers a selection of products from four vineyards.
