Ski vacations! This magnificent 350 m2 chalet is located in the Val d’Isère region, world-renowned for its beautiful mountains and, above all, its top-quality ski slopes. Featuring a contemporary decor with a touch of nobility, this chalet is just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Val d’Isère – a sporty, innovative and cosmopolitan ski resort. The large central living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 5 comfortable bedrooms, sauna, hammam and heated swimming pool make this an irresistible place to stay with family and friends. The beautiful wood-and-stone building boasts a large terrace overlooking the village and the slopes of Bellevard. Plus: private parking and ski storage. A great stay with many turns to come!
Composition
The Chalet des Alpes, located in the heart of the village and at the foot of the ski slopes, offers a generous surface area of 350 m² spread over three levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance provides access to a spacious ski room with large storage cupboards. This level also includes a bedroom with a private shower room and WC, guest toilets, and direct access to the garage, which accommodates two cars. A staircase leads to the basement, where a spa area is secured by a sliding door with a digital code.
The spa area features a large heated square pool, a hammam, and a relaxation space furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a large television, and a foosball table. A laundry room equipped with washing machines and storage for cleaning products is also located on this level.
The first floor, accessible from the ground floor, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. It consists of four bedrooms, each equipped with a private shower room and WC. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony-terrace offering a clear view.
The second floor hosts a vast living area centered around a bar. Two spacious lounges on either side feature family dining tables and a relaxation area with a television and a large fireplace. The living room opens onto a large outdoor terrace, furnished with comfortable seating and offering breathtaking views of the village and mountains. A fully equipped kitchen, separated from the living area by sliding glass doors, completes this floor.
A small staircase leads to the top level, located under the roof, which serves as an ideal relaxation space. It includes a corner sofa, a desk, a lounge chair, and a television.
