Description
Dreaming of crossing the Mediterranean aboard a yacht? At around 45 metres long, this luxury yacht can accommodate up to 12 people. The exceptional charm of the red wood interior and the elegance of the Old England will provide you with a warm, secure and relaxing atmosphere equivalent to that of a home. Recently renovated, this boat combines cinematic charm with modern amenities including a jacuzzi, hammam and outdoor seawater pool. Naval architect Grégori Grgic and interior designer Sergio Allori have collaborated to create unprecedented luxury on this classic and noble vessel.
Composition
45-metre boat with 6 bedrooms, divided into 3 levels:
Main floor: The entrance to the boat is through a large double-exposed saloon, with a corner sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a table for 4 people, and a TV area with a synthesiser. The small bar is in the middle. On the same level, there is access to 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a hammam, sauna, storage area and guest toilet.
Level -1: This level has 3 bedrooms, one of which is 25 m² and suitable for children with 3 single beds.
Level 2: The master bedroom is located on this floor, with access from the massage room and a large dressing room. Spacious and sunny, it benefits from double exposure.
Outside: A large outdoor area is divided between 2 levels:
– First level: 2×4 metre swimming pool, sun loungers.
– Second level: Family dining area with a large table for 12 people and a bar.
The boat is in retro style, with red wood inside, and equipped with various sea toys.
