Ski vacations! This magnificent 350 m2 chalet is located in the Val d’Isère region, world-renowned for its beautiful mountains and, above all, its top-quality ski slopes. Visit contemporary decor with a touch of nobility, this chalet is just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Val d’Isère – a sporty, innovative and cosmopolitan ski resort.

The large central living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 7 comfortable bedrooms, sauna, hammam and heated swimming pool make this an irresistible place to stay with family and friends. The beautiful wood-and-stone building boasts a large terrace overlooking the village and the slopes of Bellevard. Plus: private parking and ski storage. A great stay with many turns to come!

Composition

Located in the town of Le Crêt, this chalet is just a 10-minute walk from the slopes. It is laid out over several levels.

On the first floor are the entrance hall, a ski storage area with a spacious dressing room accessible by staircase, and a massage room. The space below this level offers a magical setting, with a wine cellar embedded in the mountain. The stone walls, adorned with fountains, maintain an ideal temperature. The 200 m² cellar is equipped with a kitchenette, a bar and a large tasting table. The meticulous contemporary design adds a unique touch of elegance.

On the first half-level, the chalet has three bedrooms, each equipped with bath and WC, as well as guest toilets and a laundry room with washing machines.

The first level features a large living room with open kitchen, dining room, bar area and sitting area. The latter is equipped with a fireplace, 2×2 screen with projector, and Sonos system with Canal+ subscription. The living room opens onto a large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. It is furnished with a square sofa, a central Murano chandelier, a coffee table, as well as contemporary paintings and objects.Also on the first level, a master bedroom includes a bath and WC, a walk-in dressing room, as well as a passing study.

Accessible via a double entrance, the spa area is located in the basement.

It is protected by a sliding door with digicode. This light-filled space features a large heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness and cardio equipment, as well as a technical room.

Finally, on the second and last level, accessible by stairs, the chalet offers two four-bed duplex bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and WCs, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and balcony.
