As you enter the property, Villa Lupinati stands behind a welcoming rustic lawn with fruit trees and well-equipped for al fresco dining.

In this simple country house, you will find a spacious ground floor with a wide entrance leading to a modern kitchen and a large living-dining room with a small fireplace in the corner. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with shower.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the hamlet, is located in a secluded spot overlooking the Tuscan landscape, on the edge of an ancient olive grove.

By car (approx. 45-60 minutes) : - SS67 towards the A1/E35 freeway. - Freeway A1 towards Roma, exit at Impruneta. - Directions to Greve in Chianti via SR222 (“Via Chiantigiana”). - SP118 to Tenuta Casenuove, just a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti. This option by car allows you to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Chianti region.
By bus (approx. 1h30) : - At the Florence SMN (Santa Maria Novella) bus station, take a bus to Greve in Chianti (SITA or Tiemme line). - take a cab to Tenuta Casenuove (approx. 10-15 minutes by car).
