Start your day with a typical Italian breakfast: delicious flaky cornetti with a creamy cappuccino. For lunch, head to a local trattoria for traditional dishes such as ribollita, a rustic vegetable and bean soup, or panzanella, a refreshing bread and tomato salad. In the evening, savour the famous bistecca alla fiorentina, a succulent grilled rib of beef, accompanied by a glass of Tenuta Casenouve Chianti Classico, the region's emblematic wine. Finish with a homemade tiramisu or cantuccini dipped in vin santo, for a sweet and comforting touch. Every bite reveals the authenticity and passion of Tuscan cuisine, a true art of living in the heart of Chianti.

Meilleure saison

There are four distinct seasons in the Chianti region. In spring and autumn, temperatures hover around 20°C, offering sunny days ideal for outdoor activities. In summer, the thermometer often rises above 30°C, but the air remains pleasant, thanks mainly to the gentle breeze in the hills. In winter, although temperatures are cooler, they remain relatively mild near the coast, providing favourable weather conditions for visiting the region.
