Spacious and elegant, the 270 m² villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a private pool and is just steps away from the beachfront restaurant *La Plage*, perfect for enjoying lunch with your feet in the sand.

The local shopping center *Le Marché* offers handmade souvenirs from local artisans as well as a variety of colorful clothing typical of Brazil. The nearby *Gastronomic Center* brings together a selection of small eateries serving authentic local cuisine.

Just a few minutes away by car, you can experience thrilling moments at *Beach Park*, ranked the second-best water park in the world, or enjoy scenic buggy rides through the region’s stunning sand dunes. Composition

On the ground floor of Villa Verde, you’ll find a spacious main room with a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bedroom with a private bathroom, and a couple’s suite. The outdoor area includes a deck, a bar, a barbecue, a swimming pool, two covered parking spaces, and a guest restroom.

On the first floor of Villa Verde, there are five air-conditioned suites. In special cases, a single bed can be added to two of the suites.
