The detached villa, renovated by a renowned architect, is located in southern Corsica, in the Coti-Chiavari region. Villa Ariola (Roman: diviner) lives up to its name and will become your favorite vacation destination in Corsica. This former sheepfold has been fully restored and boasts 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people.
The Corsican spirit of charming stonework blends with the softness of light colors and raw wood in a refined decor. Every detail counts here: waking up to the sun through the large bay windows, the high view, the central fireplace in the living room to bring friends and family together. Access to the estate’s private swimming pool and summer kitchen.
With the family spirit omnipresent, the bergerie is just 5 minutes from the picturesque beaches of Plage de Verghia and Mare e Sole, surrounded by typical Corsican and European restaurants.
Composition
Typical Corsican architect-designed house on a private estate. The sheepfold comprises 2 levels accessed by a staircase. On the first floor, the entrance opens onto a living room with television and a fully equipped open kitchen. The house has 5 bedrooms spread over the two levels, with 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. Outside, a large garden offers sea views, a dining area and a water basin. A parking space is provided at the entrance to the estate.
