ELYSIS COLLECTION manages a website accessible via www.elysiscollection.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), offering travelers furnished rental of built properties, known as “seasonal rental,” for high-end real estate.

2. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of LA PRESTATION IMMOBILIERE – LPI, operating under the commercial name ELYSIS COLLECTION (hereinafter referred to as “ELYSIS COLLECTION”), and the Client, regarding the booking of high-end seasonal stays on the www.elysiscollection.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).
The Client refers to any adult individual who books a rental property or stays in a property offered for seasonal rental by ELYSIS COLLECTION.
The owners have entrusted ELYSIS COLLECTION with the management and/or concierge services of the properties available for seasonal rental on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “the Owners”).
ELYSIS COLLECTION acts as an agent managing the properties directly offered for rent by the Owners. ELYSIS COLLECTION does not rent properties directly to Clients.
3. Acceptance
3.1 Client Commitment
The Client is responsible for carefully reading all conditions related to the rental, as specified on the Site when searching and confirming a booking.
The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
The Client is irrevocably bound to their booking commitment as soon as they complete, validate, and electronically sign the seasonal rental contract on the Site.
3.2 No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L.221-28-12° of the French Consumer Code, the consumer’s right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to contracts related to temporary accommodation services provided on a specific date or period.
As a result, the Client does not have any right of withdrawal beyond booking confirmation.
4. Processing of Personal Data
4.1 Data Collection and Use
The Client’s information is stored in a digital file by ELYSIS COLLECTION, acting as the data controller.
Certain information must be provided at the time of booking; otherwise, requests cannot be processed.
The processing of personal data is necessary to enable ELYSIS COLLECTION to offer and execute a rental contract.
The collected personal data allows the Client to:
- Access all booking details
- Process their requests
- Receive offers for similar services
- Analyze statistics
- Subscribe to newsletters
4.2 Data Retention and Client Rights
The Client’s data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Client has the right to access, oppose, rectify, limit, delete, and transfer their personal data.

5. Property Use
The rental contract concerns short-term furnished rentals for tourism purposes or bed and breakfast rentals.
The rented property cannot serve as a primary or secondary residence and may not be used for commercial, artisanal, or professional activities.
The Client cannot claim tenant rights under residential lease laws and has no right to extend their stay beyond the rental period.
6. Booking Process
The Client books their stay via the ELYSIS COLLECTION Site.
They select their desired property and optional services, acknowledging that they have reviewed all booking conditions.
Upon booking, a seasonal rental contract is established between the Owner and the Client.
ELYSIS COLLECTION acts as an agent and is not a party to the Contract.
6.1 Booking Confirmation
Once payment is validated and the contract signed, the Client receives an email containing:
- A unique booking number
- A summary of booked properties and optional services
- The reservation date
- The property address for potential claims
- A copy of the signed contract
7. Property Descriptions
The property descriptions and photographs visible in listings on the Site are presented in good faith and correspond to the actual accommodations managed by ELYSIS COLLECTION.
However, images in certain sections (“This Place Offers” and “Book Your Activities”) are purely illustrative and not contractually binding.
8. Pricing
Rental prices are stated in euros (€).
The listed price includes:
- Use of the rental property
- Associated services as specified in the listing
Optional services may be available at an indicative price, payable either at the time of booking (subject to availability) or on-site upon agreement with the Client.
The tourist tax, if applicable, is payable via the Site in accordance with local regulations.
9. Payment
Payments are accepted only in euros (€) through:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Carte Bleue)
- Bank transfer (upon request at reservation@elysiscollection.com)
- PayPal
- Alma (installment payments, if available)
Secure payments are processed via Stripe (TLS protocol).
Any fraudulent or incomplete payment will result in automatic booking cancellation at the Client’s expense.
10. Security Deposit
10.1 Before the Client’s Arrival
The security deposit amount is specified during booking and included in the signed contract.
This amount is blocked at the time of booking and will be refunded after the Client’s departure, subject to potential deductions for:
- Material damage to the rented property
- Excessive dirtiness of the property
- Violation of rental rules (e.g., noise disturbances, exceeding the allowed number of guests)
10.2 Refund of the Security Deposit
The security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after the Client’s departure, following an inspection of the rented property.
In case of deductions, ELYSIS COLLECTION will provide a detailed explanation to the Client.
11. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to: ✔ Not sublet the rented property ✔ Avoid causing disturbances to neighbors ✔ Respect the property and its equipment ✔ Not smoke inside the property (if prohibited) ✔ Follow hygiene and cleanliness rules ✔ Comply with specific usage rules for amenities (e.g., jacuzzi, pool, sauna, pet policies)
Failure to comply may result in deductions from the security deposit and/or additional charges.
12. Cancellation Policy
12.1 Cancellation by ELYSIS COLLECTION
If ELYSIS COLLECTION cancels the booking, the Client will be informed at least 14 days before the scheduled stay and will be offered:
- A full refund of all payments made
- A stay postponement
- An alternative accommodation option
12.2 Cancellation by the Client
The cancellation terms for the Client are defined in the signed contract and in the property listing.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within one month after mutual agreement.
13. Force Majeure
If an unforeseeable and unavoidable event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions) occurs, the contract may be suspended without compensation for either party.
Both parties commit to finding a solution for rescheduling or partial refunds in case of force majeure.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the Client can contact the customer service:

If an amicable resolution is not reached, the consumer Client may refer the case to AME CONSO mediator:

For professional Clients, disputes must be brought before the Paris Commercial Court.
15. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
Any changes apply only to bookings made after the publication of the updated terms on the Site.
The Client is encouraged to review and download the General Terms and Conditions before booking.
